positively charmed by this hotel!
christmas market fresh bakery spacious room
The christmas market was a quick five minute stroll away, very handy especially during the holidays. breakfast included fresh bakery and a good variety of choices, i liked that. the room was spacious and clean. It was also good to have useful amenities like Rituals bath products.
the area around the hotel didn't always feel the safest at night.

the hotel offers a gym with several treadmills and stationary bikes plus a good selection of weights, and is accessible 24 hours. i did not use these facilities, but they seemed well maintained. elevator was available.

The reception staff were very accommodating. They assisted with printing documents and granted a late check-out. they were friendly and always available, i found that very helpful. service was prompt and always polite.

the breakfast had many selections, there was even fresh bakery and several hot dishes. the restaurant had good service, and the food quality was high. the breakfast host was friendly and smiley, i found her to be very cute.

central location approachable staff useful water
the location proved convenient for accessing the train station. the staff were always approachable, offering assistance. i borrowed plates and cutlery, a gesture greatly appreciated. i found the complementary water very useful.
the gym was a bit small.

A stay with issues.
small elevators excessive charge
My stay suffer from some problems. The elevators are quite small and do not feel very confortable. My room view face some monstrous hotel pipes. Paying for a second bottle of water seem excessive. The charge was near twenty euros with delivery, a point of contention.

convenient location and clean room
clean room polite staff
the hotel is very close to the train station it made travel easy. i found the room clean when i arrived. i was also given complimentary water and coffee daily this was helpful. the staff was polite throughout my stay.
